Shipping policy
Shipping is free for all Waveguard orders of any size or amount in the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico may have small shipping charges shown in the checkout.
International shipping is available upon request and priced accordingly to save you the most money possible. We can ship some products internationally, it all depends on what that country that will allow. Contact Waveguard Support for details. Some examples of countries we cannot ship to are: Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, China, etc.
All orders are shipped in the order that they are received. We use UPS or FedEx for most shipments, and you can manage your delivery through their portal once the item has shipped. When items are in stock, they will be shipped within 5 business days. All shipments to customers are shipped from our warehouse in Utah, USA.
Damaged Shipments
If the device was damaged during shipping, or is defective upon arrival, the customer must notify the Waveguard Support team within 72 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damage or defect. Waveguard will issue a product replacement, if the situation qualifies. Depending on the device, a return label with an RMA number will be provided by Waveguard. The customer must return the damaged or defective device within 30 days of the original delivery date or they will be charged for the replacement product.
Missing Shipments
If your order is missing after receiving a delivery email, customers must notify Waveguard Support and open a claim with the shipping carrier within 72 hours of delivery. All customers must provide valid email addresses at the time of ordering, and are responsible for tracking and receiving their orders after receiving shipment-related emails.
If the tracking number has not shown movement for longer than 5 business days, reach out to the shipping carrier immediately to open a claim. Waveguard Support can help you with the process to file a claim and investigate everything possible with the shipping carrier.
If the shipment is missing after valid proof of delivery shows it was delivered to the right address (ex: a porch pirate steals your package), it is not the responsibility of Waveguard, and no refund or replacement is owed to the customer.
