We test the effectiveness of our devices by measuring field intensity. For this we need professional measuring equipment and a radiation-free room. You can send in your device. We will test it for you. All devices shipped by us are in perfect, functional condition.
There are two different ways to approach the issue:
On the one hand, there is the possibility of testing to verify the effect of the Qi-Home Cell. However, you need special technical equipment for this. Unfortunately this is not fully available to laypeople. This can also be tested by us.
The ‘feel’ of the devices is much more difficult to answer. Every body functions and works in a unique way. The effects of the Qi-Home Cell and the Qi technology are felt differently by everyone. Many people experience the effects of the device quickly and intensely. The experience of less sensitive people is more subtle at first. With these customers, an improvement in sleep and sense of well-being, for example, was only seen after 20 to 30 days of use. It is important to understand that there is no magic formula for the body’s reactions to Qi technology. Every person is unique. We love this diversity. Our experience of testing the devices of customers who do not ‘feel’ anything, showed that the devices worked in 99.99 percent of cases. It is the customer’s own responsibility to ensure that their expectations are not too high. Our products are in perfect functional condition when shipped.
Our advice is this: give the device and especially yourself time to become familiar with the technology. Many people have forgotten how to listen to their body: When we are tired, we drink coffee instead of sleeping. When we have headaches, we take tablets instead of rest, fresh air and water. That’s why people as young as 40 today suffer heart attacks, stroke or burnout. So it can happen that the body cannot directly perceive the sensitive effects of our Qi technology. An opportunity to compare the condition of your own body before and during the use of the Qi-Home Cell, is to have your blood values checked by your family doctor. It is recommended to take a blood sample before and then after about 20 to 30 days of use. Pay particular attention to the ATP value (adenosine triphosphate). Protection against radiation might improve almost all blood values.
If you have a Qi device, you can still make phone calls and use WiFi. We believe that our biological studies, e.g. from the Bion and Dartsch Institute, indicate that the body no longer perceives this radiation as harmful.
The complete build-up of the active field of the Qi-Home Cell usually takes 12 hours. The Qi-Max needs 24 hours. Qi-Shield and Qi-Mobile need only about 1 minute.
We recommend that you place the Qi device as centrally as possible. That way you cover the whole house or apartment with the active field. Make sure that you place the device at least 50 centimetres from all electrical devices and sockets. Only this makes the complete build-up of the active field of action possible. Likewise, the Qi device should have 30 centimetres of space above it, away from the ceiling or furniture.
No. The object may prevent the energy field from building up evenly, which means that the full effect is not available.
No, but it should also stand free in the cupboard, not touch other objects and not be covered with objects. You should also make sure to keep a distance of 50 cm from power sources and terminal equipment.
The service life of the Qi-Mobile and Qi-Shield is approx. 5 years, that of the Qi-Home Cell and Qi-Max approx. 8 years. If you have the feeling that your Qi device is no longer working optimally, contact us. We then check the effectiveness and, if necessary, regenerate it free of charge!
No, we are not aware of any interactions.
Wear the Qi-Mobile and Qi-Shield as close to your body as possible. A backpack, jacket pocket or centre console of your car is particularly suitable for this purpose. You don’t have to do anything else. The product works independently at all times. We believe that within the active field of your Qi device you and all other living beings are protected. There is evidence of this in our studies.
The Qi-Home Cell works best when it is continuously in one place and you do not move it. As soon as you lift the Qi-Home Cell and carry it into another room, the energy field is disturbed and collapses. It then takes a while, depending on the intensity of the movement, for the energy field to completely build up again. This can take several hours.
The energy field is not weakened up to a wall thickness of 40 centimetres.
Unfortunately we do not offer a test period for our devices. We process the purchase on advance payment. You transfer the money to us and after receipt of payment you will receive the device. From delivery you then have a 30-day right of return. If you do not notice any changes, you can let us know within these 30 days and return the device to us. You can choose whether you want us to refund your money or whether you would rather have a replacement device delivered.
It is possible that skin contact with the copper ring/sleeve will cause discoloration. However, these do not affect the functionality of the product. There is therefore no need to replace the device. For new devices (production 2020) we use a varnish to prevent this discoloration. These natural reactions of copper with moisture cannot be ruled out over time.
You can take the device with you wherever you go. In the case of an MRI, however, this should be avoided. The cover plate is made of a stainless steel-gold alloy. This is attracted in the MRI, which disturbs the image. In the X-ray cabin, on the other hand, the Qi-Mobile works without any problems.
Qi technology might protect you from radiation from WiFi or mobile phones and other electrosmog. We believe that negatively charged electrons act like a layer on the skin, acting as a shield against radiation. Our devices do not change the emitted radiation, but can protect people from it. This is what our biological studies indicate. There is therefore no impairment of reception.
Experience has shown that you can get through the security checks at the airport without any problems with the Qi-Shield, Qi-Home Cell and Qi-Mobile. Please note that each country has its own regulations. Find out about these regulations before you leave. Screening at the security checkpoint will not cause any damage to our devices. There is usually a heated flat area on most aircraft. Please inform yourself about these conditions before your flight. If the cargo hold is not heated, the temperatures there may be too low and the equipment may be damaged.
Qi-Home Cell is a further development of Qi-Home. The decisive difference is the 5G optimisation. The Qi-Home Cell has an additional energy field. When you touch the copper ring, the device might emit noticeably more energy.
We offer payment by instalments via Klarna. In addition, this is currently also possible for private customers from Germany via Paypal.
Our devices are well packed so that they can withstand rough handling. We carried out various drop tests in advance and adapted our packaging to the conditions.
Yes, we ship VAT-free to Switzerland and register the shipment with customs so that it can be delivered directly to you. You will subsequently have to pay Swiss VAT and customs duties.
If you are a resident in Switzerland, we will issue the invoice to you tax-free. The shipping to Switzerland causes import tax and customs costs, which you bear as a customer. This amount will be levied by Swiss customs after delivery to you. If you have your goods delivered to a German address, we will charge you 19 percent VAT. We do not refund the VAT in connection with independent import into Switzerland.
Dispatch within Germany takes 1 to 2 days after receipt of payment. To Austria we need about 3 to 4 days for this. A shipment to Switzerland takes about 5 to 10 days.
